What I Do

Provide strategic thinking, coaching, and systems assessment to achieve outcomes for individuals, groups, and organizations.

I support leaders, schools, and districts with addressing persistent challenges in organizational culture. Services rendered assist in optimizing the learning environment for instruction.

Outcomes are designed to produce a safe social emotional learning environment for all students, in particular Black and Brown students who are consistently identified in the opportunity gap.
